What you should know
The key information is presented below in a short, scannable format.
What Simple Tools is
Simple Tools is an independent utility website for people who need a quick calculation and enough context to understand it. The catalogue focuses on everyday education, employment, finance, tax, health, family, automotive and date-related questions connected with Poland.
Who the English version is for
The English version is for residents, workers, students, families and businesses who prefer English but still need the Polish institutional context. It does not replace Polish rules with generic international assumptions: names of institutions, applicable years and local limitations stay visible.
How tools earn publication
A published tool separates the calculation engine from the interface, documents its formula and assumptions, and is tested with ordinary, boundary and invalid inputs. Regulated parameters require a primary source and a review date; an unverified tool is not published or added to the sitemap.
What a result means
Results are designed to be readable rather than authoritative. Each tool explains what the result includes, what it leaves out and when an official authority or qualified professional should confirm the answer.
Privacy by design
Calculator inputs are processed in the browser whenever the tool does not genuinely need a server. The current public tools do not require an account, and raw inputs or results are not included in analytics events.
Accessibility
The interface is built to work with keyboard navigation, visible focus, semantic structure, labelled fields and responsive layouts. Automated accessibility checks form part of the browser test suite, while the accessibility page explains the limits of that assessment.
Corrections and updates
Confirmed calculation and content errors are reproduced, checked against the relevant formula or source and protected with a regression test where practical. Material changes are reflected in the page review information and checked in both language versions.
Editorial independence
The launch version has no active advertising or affiliate integrations. If commercial relationships are introduced, they will be labelled at the point of use and kept separate from formulas, results and organic tool ordering.
