What you should know

The key information is presented below in a short, scannable format.

01

Controller and contact details

The data controller and operator of the website at oblicznik.com is Akhmas Meraj, an individual running this personal project from Malaysia. Contact for all privacy matters: contact@oblicznik.com. The operator does not publish a correspondence address; whether that limitation is permissible and the remaining information duties require final legal review.

02

Data entered in tools

Current calculators and generators perform their calculations in the browser. Grades, amounts, identifiers, health data and other values entered in a tool are not submitted by that tool to a server or stored in browser storage by default. Users should nevertheless avoid entering another person’s data without a lawful basis.

03

Technical data and server logs

The website uses Hostinger Business hosting, with its configured data centre in Arizona, United States, and Hostinger CDN enabled. Hostinger may process an IP address, timestamp, requested URL, browser identifiers and security events in technical logs. The website does not currently use Cloudflare. The exact log-retention period and safeguards for transfers outside the EEA still require confirmation from the provider settings and terms.

04

Contact and correction reports

The website has no contact form. Information voluntarily included in an email to contact@oblicznik.com is processed to respond, handle the report and protect the website. Do not send identity numbers, credentials, health or financial data, or another person’s data unless strictly necessary for the report.

05

Cookies, analytics and advertising

The website uses Google Analytics 4 only after the visitor gives voluntary consent. Before consent, the Google script is not downloaded and no analytics request is sent. After consent, analytics may receive a sanitised page address without query parameters or fragments, a sanitised referrer, page-view, scroll, outbound-click and file-download events, and the technical information described by Google. Search terms, calculator form data and results are not sent to Google. Advertising, Google Signals and ads personalisation remain disabled.

06

Purposes, legal bases and retention

Email correspondence is retained for no more than 12 months after the last message. The consent preference and Google Analytics cookies are limited to 180 days. GA4 user-level and event-level data is retained for no more than 14 months under the property setting; aggregated reports may remain available longer. Hostinger’s exact retention period for technical logs still requires confirmation; this policy remains non-indexed pending final legal review.

07

Recipients and transfers outside the EEA

Hostinger may receive technical data as the hosting and CDN provider, Hostinger Email may receive correspondence data, and Google and the processors identified in the Google Analytics terms may receive analytics data after consent. Google may process data outside the EEA using the transfer mechanisms it describes. Because the operator is based in Malaysia, the complete description of non-EEA transfers and safeguards still requires final verification against the provider agreements.

08

Individual rights and complaints to the Polish DPA

Where the controller processes personal data, the individual may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, depending on the purpose and legal basis, as well as the right to withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. A complaint may be filed with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office. Exercising these rights requires a published controller contact.

09

Profiling and automated decisions

The tools return a mathematical result from values supplied by the user. The website does not use those values for profiling or for decisions concerning the user that produce legal effects within Article 22 GDPR.
