Generator
QR code generator
Prepare a code for a website, menu, guest network or contact card without an intermediary redirect service. All modes live in one tool. Content is stored directly, so the code does not expire because of this generator, although its destination may stop working. Anyone scanning it can read the content, including a Wi-Fi password; share only information you intend to disclose.
Generator
Enter data
Choose a content type and correction level. The final encoded content is limited to 1000 UTF-8 bytes. Fields marked with an asterisk are required.
How to use the calculator
- Choose a mode and enter content. Inputs are not sent to an external generator.
- Select “Generate code”, then download SVG or PNG. “Copy result” copies encoded content, including a Wi-Fi password.
- Scan the file on the intended phone before sharing. Do not crop the margin.
Calculation details
Formula and calculation method
Content is encoded as a standard QR symbol with M, Q or H correction. Version and mask are selected automatically. A four-module white margin surrounds every side. Wi-Fi uses WIFI: syntax, phone numbers use tel:, and contact cards use vCard 3.0.
Worked example
The link https://example.com/menu is stored directly in the code. Phone +48 123 456 789 is encoded as tel:+48123456789. Scanning may open the website or dialer after a user action; the generator does not open either.
Limitations
- No dynamic redirects, editing an already printed code or scan tracking. Link availability and safety are not checked.
- The 1000-byte cap is a tool limit, not the QR standard limit. Polish characters use UTF-8; reader compatibility, vCard import and Wi-Fi setup must be tested.
- Open networks and WPA/WPA2 Personal are supported, not Enterprise, WEP or WPA3 configuration. The code does not encrypt passwords. Contact cards contain a display name, not separate given/family-name fields.

Frequently asked questions
Does the code expire?
The static code itself has no expiry date. A link, network password or contact details may change, requiring a new image.
Can I change the link after printing?
Not in this generator. The code contains the supplied address directly. You can control your own page at that address, but cannot change the data stored in the image.
Are inputs sent or saved?
We do not send content to code-generation services, analytics or registers. Inputs and images remain in browser memory. Downloading, copying and printing are your actions; files or the clipboard may contain confidential data.
Which download format should I use?
SVG keeps sharp edges when resized. PNG is a raster image; do not stretch it unevenly or remove its white margin. Test a scan at the final size and on the intended material.
